Ellis & Co client, Cokebusters, achieves prestigious accolade

This month we are celebrating one of our long-standing clients, Cokebusters, who have achieved the remarkable accolade of winning not one but two King’s Awards for Enterprise for International Trade and Innovation.

Based in North Wales, Cokebusters is an industry leader in the field of mechanical cleaning and piping inspection. Since the business was established in 2005, it has deservedly seen exponential growth, expanding internationally in 2012 by opening its Americas Operations Centre in Texas.

What are the King’s Awards for Enterprise?

The Awards, established in 1965 under HRH Queen Elizabeth II, celebrate outstanding achievements by UK businesses across a number of categories, specifically for those leading the way in their products or service offering, alongside a commitment to their business’ sustainable development.

To be honoured with an award that highlights the integrity and dedication of a business to not only its clients but the wider economy, is truly remarkable, and this is not the first time that Cokebusters has won, having been the recipient of the International Trade award at the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in 2018.

Speaking of the award, Managing Director at Cokebusters, James Phipps, has said:

To celebrate, a presentation ceremony will take place at Cokebusters’ Technology Centre by the Lord-Lieutenant followed by a reception at Windsor Castle in July.
